What
As the end of the EST shift nears, the Team Seniors will gather with Trinidy Ulrey to handover items that require further attention during the PST shift. This handover will include:
Summary of urgent items requiring watch
List of items to be actioned/finished
Handover of main line, email inbox, incoming onboards, terminations, and changes
Why
To ensure that urgent items maintain proper attention, incomplete items are picked up appropriately, and to avoid any gaps in service delivery between the two shifts.
How
Commencing 10/24/2022, a recurring handover meeting will be held at 5:30 PM EST daily for a duration of 15 minutes between the parties outlined above with the above items as the agenda.
